Greetings Pullers, Promoters, Sponsors and Fans,
We hope this finds you and your family safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. We wanted to touch base with you about the 2020 season. We are still hopeful that we will have a pulling season. As an organization we are contracted by our promoters to put on a show, but it is their decision whether the events are cancelled or not. While in some cases, they might not have a choice. No matter how many events we end up having this season we will make the most out of every single one that is scheduled. A few things may look a little different this year. At this point, we do not have any plans to print the schedules like we have in the past years. This will allow us to make changes(add or cancel) to the schedule if needed since everything is so fluid - anything can happen between June and September.
Promoters: Thank you for your support over the years by adding COTPC into your schedule. We are unique in that we don’t require a deposit to hold your date. We don’t require any payment be made until the conclusion of the event. With that said we would still like to keep moving forward with getting signed contracts sent back in to get our 2020 schedule completed. We understand that this situation is fluid and ever changing. We are here to help make things as easy as we can for you. Please reach out to us with any questions.
Sponsors: Thank you for sponsoring your class(es) over the past and especially this year. As you know all of your sponsorship money goes to the top 5 winners in the class that you sponsored. That will not change. In the event that we have to cancel the season we will either return your sponsorship money or roll it over to the 2021 season. We will reach out to you if that becomes the case. There is still time to get your sponsorship money in if you are still thinking about sponsorship. Please reach out to us to get that started.
Pullers: You are the backbone of our organization. Without you we wouldn’t have the organization that we have. You all make the summer a lot of fun and we are hopeful that we will be able to pull trucks this season! The schedule is posted on the website and the Facebook page. There is no deadline on getting your membership turned in, but we would like to keep everything business as usual and plan that our first hook of the season is June 26th in Circleville. You will want to make sure you have your membership pass before that date, so please consider getting your dues sent in as soon as possible. If we don’t have a season, we can either send your membership money back to you or we can roll it over to the 2021 season.
Please be patient while we all work through this process. Hopefully, none of this will matter and we can have a full summer of pulling! Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

to pull at any of our hooks, but you do have to meet all safety rules that are found in the general rules. The general rules can be found at the top of the website.
